Baked pork chops

Kroger used to sell a pork chop seasoning kit that came with an oven roasting bag. The seasoning was sprinkled over the chops and they went into the bag with 1/4 cup of water. The seasoning had some paprika or red pepper in it. It made the chops come out with a beautiful color.

I haven’t been able to find it there and am posting this to remind me to look for it in other stores.

A dupe could be to use something like Tony Chacherree’s seasoning and to just buy some oven roasting bags. The chops were never dried out using this method. They went into a 350 oven for about 30 minutes if I recall.
