Loaded Potato Skins – Twice Baked Potatoes Variation

Sub Greek Yogurt for sour cream

Fresh minced garlic, to taste
Fresh minced onion, to taste
Kosher salt, to taste
1/2 stick butter, softened
Cream or Half & Half, to desired level of creaminess
Sliced green onions, for garnish
Combine all to desired level of creaminess.  Return to oven until heated throughout, 20 – 25 minutes.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
NOTE:
Cook potatoes in crock pot during the day to save time at night.
If you are cooking meat in the crock pot, just place the potatoes in an oven bag and throw them in the crock pot with the meat.
