I thought I’d document the way we do it to fit our dairy-free lifestyle. It’s nothing better or worse than anyone else’s; I just need to post this so I won’t have to think about it next time.
- Refried beans (we make them ourselves)
- Our own salsa with plenty of cilantro
- Chopped lettuce
- Chopped avocado
- Sliced black olives
- Organic corn and black beans
- Extra chopped jalepeno peppers
