7 layer dip

I thought I’d document the way we do it to fit our dairy-free lifestyle.  It’s nothing better or worse than anyone else’s; I just need to post this so I won’t have to think about it next time.

  • Refried beans (we make them ourselves)
  • Our own salsa with plenty of cilantro
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Chopped avocado
  • Sliced black olives
  • Organic corn and black beans
  • Extra chopped jalepeno peppers
