Eggnog

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 2 packs stevia

Separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites and set aside.  Beat the egg yolks till light colored.  Add 2 packs stevia, almond milk, nutmeg and cream.  Fold in the egg whites. Add bourbon.

Next time: increase cream to 1/2 cup and whip it.  Fold in the cream after adding milk, stevia and nutmeg and fold in egg whites last.
