Burned your pot? I just did.
I watched Carmen boil a lemon in a burned pot to clean it and figured it couldn’t hurt to try. It worked!!
I cut two lemons in half, filled the pot about 1/3 of the way, set it to “Meat/Stew” and let it cook at high pressure for 35 minutes. After it cooled, all the burned crud loosened right off with no scrubbing. (I used one of those Pampered Chef plastic scraper things but didn’t have to use any elbow grease. Then I washed it with a little dish soap and a cloth dish rag.) it sparkles now!
