Cinnamon rolls

Use the 5 minute Artisan bread recipe for challah or use the dinner roll recipe here on this blog.

Fill with softened butter and cinnamon sugar (a tiny sprinkle of black pepper adds complexity).

Slightly underbake the rolls and frost with butter cream frosting.
