Loaded Potato Skins

Bake potatoes until done.

Scoop out the insides and combines the insides in a bowl with sour cream, grated cheese, and about a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. You can also cubed ham if you like. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with more cheese and bake at 400 until golden brown and puffed.

Top with crumbled fried bacon, if you like, after they come out of the oven.
