Carmen’s broccoli casserole

Paul and Jonathan always request this at family gatherings.

Carmen insists that frozen broccoli consisting of only the tops (no stalks) be purchased. She combines the steamed broccoli, several cans of cream of mushroom soup, grated cheddar cheese, a small container of sour cream, minced raw onion and Pepperidge Farm dried stuffing mix together making sure the mixture isn’t too dry. She bakes it at 350 until bubbly.

There’s never a spoon left …
