Carmen’s Cranberry Brie Christmas Appetizer

Carmen made this tonight. It tasted as good as it looked!

She used:

  • 1 can of Pillsberry Crescent dough
  • 1 package of Brie cheese in a log shape(about 8 oz.)
  • 1 can of cranberry sauce

She said this works best when the dough is well chilled. Pat out the dough into a rectangle. Cover the rectangle with the cranberry sauce. Place the Brie log on one end and roll it up. Bake at 350 until puffy and golden brown – about 25 minutes.

I wish we had taken a picture. Everyone kept eating it as an appetizer and then it wound up on the dinner table accompanying the prime rib.

Delicious!
