Rachel Ray Potatoes

Pre-heat oven as hot as you can get it 450 or 500 will work.

Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into 8 wedges each. Put them in a bowl and drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over them tossing the wedges to make sure they all get covered. Sprinkle with Montreal steak seasoning and toss them some more.

Put them in a jelly roll pan in a single layer and roast in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown and tender.
